About House of the Sun

House of the Sun has over 50 individually owned units in the rental program. All units feature an open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as unique staggered balconies giving each unit a view of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding landscape.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens to a spacious dining and living room area. The master bedroom boasts two double closets and a master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a roomy double closet and a second bathroom across the hallway.

Weekly maid and linen service is provided for guests staying longer than two weeks. All units are equipped with a washer and dryer.
