Siesta Key experienced significant damage during the Fall 2024 hurricanes, and our team worked hard to get back up and running. We are fully operating and have some exciting new amenities for you to enjoy during your Siesta Key stay! Explore the new outdoor grounds, including a new firepit, updates to the pool, new landscaping and pavers. We can't wait to welcome you back to the place we love. The Siesta Key community needs your support more than ever, too!
Please review our Cancellation Policy below to help guide your decision regarding your vacation.
If a cancellation occurs greater than 90 Days prior to arrival a $200 cancellation fee, will be charged. In the event the reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival date, or 120 days prior to the arrival date for reservations during the high season (Feb – May), the entire rental fee deposit shall become the property of the Owner as a consideration for damages suffered by the Owner due to a lack of the rental. Provided however, if the unit is re-rented for the entire occupancy period and at the same rate, the rental deposit shall be refunded, less a $200 administrative fee. If the loss of rental is not fully covered by the new rental the Guest shall be responsible for any loss of rental. Reservations booked less than 60 days from check-in date are non-refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing.
