- Minimum night stay of 7 nights: Weekly rentals are subject to $500 refundable security deposit and 3% reservation fee.
- Stays greater than 28 nights qualify for a 10% discount beginning on night 29.
- At House of the Sun, we love our pets, but unfortunately pets are not permitted on the premises.
