As always, the staff was excellent and friendly. The condo was clean and well stocked.

Our vacation was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. We had a beautiful view of the gulf. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The secrity systems in place were comforting.

Been going there for years. Wish they could control the weather!

Property was clean and everything worked as expected. Great location on the beach. We have booked for next year!

We had a wonderful family get together at House of the Sun as we've continue to have for at least 25 years. We have stayed at the same condo but have become disappointed with the condition of the condo.
The kitchen appliances are not in the best of shape, many cooking and eating articles are missing, no proper chair for my husband to sit in as he had a stroke, so our sons-in-law had to go to the recreation room and find a chair for him that was not comfortable at all and made it difficult for him to stand up, beds have had the same bedspreads for many years, hardly any counter space in the kitchen, shower is tooo small, tvs were difficult, remote controls made it hard to operate without interruption and required 2 different remotes to operate. Sometimes we had sound and then they might jump to a different station, also difficult to change channels. Now some good things, it is gulf front but there is a tennis & pickle ball court in front of our view, maintenance staff was very efficient with several problems, office staff were very nice and helpful in searching for a different condo for next year.

We had a wonderful family vacation. I guess the biggest complaint is that the rate is going up but the rooms and facilities are stagnant. The resort needs some updated remodeling.

We love staying at House of the Sun! Feels like home away from home. We did miss the Haleakala gazebo and the landscaping wasn’t as pretty as usual. Loved the new furniture by the pool and the ice machine. So convenient! Beach chair attendant was very friendly.

First time back after Covid. We have stayed at this resort over the past 15 years, usually for a one month stay. Maintenance staff extremely efficient and friendly. Excellent addition with beach attendants also very friendly and efficient. We rented 4 different units for a total of 32 days. Unfortunately, gone are the days of the friendly smiles and welcoming greetings. We were instead greeted with rudeness & confusion from the front office staff. With every interaction they were more unpleasant & unprofessional. We were not the only guests that felt this way. We are now, for the first time ever, looking for alternate vacation options.

It has been several years since we last visited . The beach remains magnificent- but can also advise the management and maintenance are top notch. Our unit had been recently upgraded . This was a plus.

We stayed in #216 this time. Everything was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. So glad to see a Keurig... made the day start out much easier! The view was beautiful, although the weather at times wasn't the best! Due to the storms, seaweed piled up on the shore so getting into the water was a no go for the last couple of days there. We took our brother and his wife with us and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thanks you!

This year we had to deal with umbrellas instead of our tents. A little Challenging. You only receive 2 chairs for your condo and had to pay for an umbrella. With the price increase, they should add an umbrella with the two chairs. They need to continue to update the condos. If they are asking for more money to keep up with their neighboring condo,which are brand new, they need to update.

Wonderful clean condo with the best location in the building. Everything was as described and we had a great trip!

We have been coming to the House of the Sun for years and really enjoy our time there.

Amazing stay. The unit itself was perfect; every amenity you can imagine. The lanai was huge, and offered an amazing unobstructed view. We had an issue with the air conditioner and it was fixed straightaway. We have already booked the same week for next year!

We hae been staying at The House of the Sun for at least 20 years. We love the location, but feel with all the new and upcoming construstion, it is goiong to get too overcrowded. We might have to find a different beach.

Such a great location for a family reunion. We enjoyed our stay using 4 units. Steps to the beach, restaurants and activities. The rooms were very clean and lovely. We will return for sure!

We had a wonderful 9 days at our yearly Thanksgiving get together with family. But from day one we could not get our screen doors to open so were never able to sit outside. So disappointing! Condo"s new furnishings are beautiful, only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom is way too high.

House of the Sun is the best resort in Siesta Key. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The amenities are outstanding. The pool and gazebo area are beautiful and relaxing. The lounge chairs for the beach make relaxing at the beach relaxing. The location of HOS is perfect. We walk to all the restaurants and Trolley to the Village. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have stayed other places and House of the Sun is the best all around!!!!
