Overall, condo was great. Furniture in the living room and bedrooms very nice. Both bathrooms could use an update. The balcony needs a more through cleaning and may need to be re-sealed.

Always a wonderful place to come to. The staff is excellent. This was our 11th year and we hope to have many more.

We had booked another property, but repairs post-hurricane were not finished so they cancelled 6-weeks before our arrival date! House of the Sun had a vacancy! We had a wonderful time enjoying Siesta Key. The property is a bit dated, but it was quiet and met our needs perfectly. No issues or concerns, other than perhaps the toddler toilet in the Master Bath! Beyond that, we had everything we wanted and needed.

Great location. All the housekeeping staff and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. There was only one elevator working, and I could not believe how the housekeeping folks were still so pleasant. Had to be awful for them. Condo was EXTREMELY clean. Very comfy. Loved it. Pool was warm but I never did get in! Loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer. EVERYTHING was very clean. Highly recommend this spot. So glad they were up and running after the hurricanes (aside from the one elevator), but they are working hard to get back to 100%. Also, the sundecks were fabulous! Great views. Really great spot. Already recommended to friends.

It was with great relief that we found our rental Condo and the House of The Sun Property in good condition after the terrible storms and hurricanes that devastated Siesta Key last Fall. Thanks you for working tirelessly to restore everything so we could enjoy this vacation again. Nevertheless, we are sorry to see that the prices keep going up.

Great stay, very clean property,updated.

The location and amenities at House of the Sun provide for a relaxing beach experience. Our unit was comfortable, equipped for cooking as many meals as we wanted, and had easy beach access. We also loved the pickleball court!

It was very nice, really enjoyed the beach. A couple of things: the TV remotes in both bedrooms did not work. The floors were a bit dirty - not mopped

the 'all in' price was up 28% since 2022 for unit 404!
That seems out of line. The new sliding door is nice, but the condo itself needs bathroom upgrades and a new master BR bed. I hope you take this as a constructive critique....rather than criticism.

The House of Sun is always our destination when going to Florida. Our daughter and her family stayed on this room this stay. It was perfect for them. The room was very clean comfortable. The staff always helpful.

Had a great time at our recent stay at House of the Sun. Our condo was very clean and had most things we needed for the week. The kitchen could have had some more items to use but otherwise ok. We did need to buy coffee filters, dish soap and beach towels as these things were not provided. The front desk staff were very attentive to our questions and needs. Sent a staff member to fix the master bedroom closet door almost immediately after we reported that it was off the track.
The House of the Sun is in a great location! Plenty of places to eat nearby. The trolley system they have on Siesta Key is excellent. We used it several times even though we had our car. Other then the issue with the red tide the beach was beautiful. Never had a problem getting chairs or a rented umbrella. The pool area is somewhat small but we always found a
chairs when we wanted to sit there. We would definitely go back to the House of the Sun if we visit the area again!

Loved the condo! The sun deck on 4 was especially awesome! We could go beach and then be across the street on the other side sitting and enjoying the sunshine and a cold drink within minutes! The facility was clean.

The condo was quite simple. Could use a bit more personality. The noise from the bar across the way was very loud, we are up late so okay, but people with small kids may find it noisy. Beach is amazing. The chairs at pool are tied down so you can’t move them around which was not ideal. People in building were nice. Condo was large. Restaurants and amenities all within walking.

We come down every summer and stay at HOS. Property is always clean, rooms are perfect and location is the BEST. Staff is amazing and always so helpful. Love this place!!!

Clean, modern and functional condo unit in a perfect location at the beach with an oceanfront pool. Everything we require in a great beach vacation.
