Excellent stay as always. Updated TV’s would be nice though.

We enjoyed our stay! We love the view of the beach. The location is great. We did find a roach in our room. They sent someone 2 days later to spray the drains. I would have appreciated the whole condo sprayed the next day. There were some large groups while we were there that were very loud. They also marked chairs on the beach & multiple days never used their front row chairs.

I've stayed at House of the Sun about 6 times. This condo is in need of updates and TLC. Molding missing in kitchen, one sliding door doesn't work, throw rugs in living room very old, master bath paint pealing, 2nd bath very dated, door lock screws coming out.... I suggest urging owners to update. The kitchen was the best room in the condo.

As always, our stay at House of the Sun was nearly perfect. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location! We’ve been staying here for 5 years now and always look forward to returning. My one and only disappointment was not being able to get the same number of beach chairs as we had staying in the condo. That was very disappointing.

Overall, a very good experience. The only concern was the lounge chair and the umbrella rental. The umbrella should be part of the package. You can't be on the beach without one. If you need extra, then charge people.

This was our third year at House of the Sun. It is a beautiful condo resort with perfect access to a private beach! It is a safe area where we have no problem allowing our teenage children to go exploring! The sand is like powdered sugar and it never gets hot!! We were a little dissapointed in the cleanliness of our condo this year. I don't want to go on vacation to clean! Besides the condo issue, we love this place and will continue to come back for years to come!

Always nice at HOS. Experience is always great . Only thing is unit 508 need some TLC. Very outdated , kitchen utensils are very scarce , no good pots or pans , very poor when compared to other units we have stayed . The master bedroom mattress needs to be changed. Generally outdated . When you pay the premium for GV expectations are higher.

We have been renting at House of the Sun almost yearly for 35 years. Unit 508 was adequate but needed to be better equipped to compare to many of the other units in the building. The mattress in the master bedroom could be upgraded as well as the kitchen supplies and the washer/dryer. Also, the smaller bedroom did not have a television unlike any other unit in which we have stayed at House of the Sun.
