We loved our stay at this property. It was our 1st time. Will definitely stay here again. One suggestion is to add more Grills. We were there over July 4th week and it was pretty busy. Had to wait for a grill. There are only 2 available. Other then that, we were impressed on how well maintained the overall property was.

We had an Amazing week with great Friends & Family. Our Unit was Excellent and the ease of going from beach to unit was simple. Phenomenal location. Will be back again next Summer

Had a great time as usual at HOS. We have been coming here for 20+ years and the rooms are great as always. The deck for watching sunsets is great as well. Unfortunately the new rule not allowing tents on the beach is a deal breaker for us as a family with small children. I would ask you consider allowing tents at the rear of the beach area like others allow.

We enjoyed our time at House of the Sun and enjoyed our room. The condo was extremely clean and everything was in good order overall. We will look to the House of the Sun for our next vacation to the true local gem that is Siesta Key.

House of the Sun is a great place to stay. The location is optimal along with the price point. The units are all starting to show quite a bit of age. There are also challenges around reserving umbrellas/chairs at the beach. It's first come, first serve and seems like a "free for all" that has become too reliant on customers handling "issues" amongst themselves.

Condo was clean and good space for the 4 of us. Condo complex is in excellent condition. Beach, chairs, pool, parking, location very convenient. We will return.

Beautiful vacation spot and property. The condo is very well maintained. Very clean, beautifully furnished and included everything that is needed for a peaceful vacation. The management team was very helpful and responsive. Reservation and check in process were easy and efficient. We will definitely be back to this property and this condo.

The House of Sun Condo was exactly as advertised...great location and nice onsite amenities. Easy access to the trolley, restaurants and bars. As part of your stay you’re also allotted 2 beach chairs a day...just make sure to get down early as people start lining up at 6:30 am. There was a small mixup w the cleaning crew not knowing we were arriving that day but they did their best to get us in as soon as possible. All in all we would definitely stay again and we’ve already recommended HOS to friends and family.

Stay was nice . Furnishings in 307 very comfortable and pretty. Pool cloudy and murky all the time which is unusual. Noise wasn’t too bad on construction 2 doors down.
