House Of The Sun #308GV

We have stayed at the House of the Sun for several years, and love the location and the very accommodating staff.

Our 3rd year at House of the Sun. Everything was great as usual. Condo was clean and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and most importantly, beach and sun was perfect. Highly recommend!

Always a great stay!

Our unit was fantastic. It was updated, had all the essentials plus more, beautiful and everything was well maintained. We loved this unit. We did not like all the beach rules and set up. My husband had to wake up at 5:30 every morning on his vacation simply to get a chair at the beach. It is cut throat just to simply get chairs and umbrella. Also, I have 3 children 5 and under and was told I couldn’t bring anything for my 13 month old baby other than the umbrella that I had a pay to rent. The beach rules prevent it from being very family friendly, convenient, and comfortable for parents to allow their children to play freely and safely. Too many rules and regulations to be able to just simply enjoy the beach.

We loved the condo. Everything is updated and well maintained. My only complaint is regarding the beach chairs. I feel like if the condo sleeps 4 and we have stated 4 of us are staying there- we should be allowed to have 4 chairs in a row together on the beach. Not 2 of a certain color, then 2 more that we have to carry ourselves. Also we had friends staying across the hall from us. We were told we could not move our chairs to sit in a group with them.

We had such a great time in unit 308! The beds were comfortable, the sofa was amazing for a movie night we will definitely pick this one again! Thank you for having us

Staff is helpful and quick to respond when we needed anything.
The fobs to get inside the property need help. Was a struggle to get them to work and heard several others grunting when trying to get in as well.
Other than that its a great place and will go again someday!

We had a wonderful time at HOS #308. Our main complaint is that the area rug and sofas could benefit from a good cleaning. The kitchen had everything you need except maybe a large coffee maker. (To be fair it has a four cup coffee maker and a Keurig but a larger one would have been helpful with 4 adults occupying the condo). The main space is pretty large and has plenty of seating (it is set up differently than pictured). The view wasn't so great but it was convenient to the beach and some local restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in unit 308GV. The complex is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and stores and just a short drive to the village. The unit was clean and comfortable. An A/C issue was quickly addressed by management. We would gladly stay here again!

My family had a quick girls trip. The office staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I don't really understand the "no tent" rule for the beach. We rented umbrellas, but a tent is better for my elderly mother. The beach is beautiful and we love House of the Sun. The unit we stayed in was okay. It could use some furniture updates.

Overall, this is the best place to vacation in Siesta Key. We usually stay on the fifth floor and come in October. I have always recommended HOS to our friends.

It was a great week. Loved 308GV, everything was perfect in the unit. Would stay in this unit again if available.

We have been renting here for at least a week every year for the last 10 years and are always overly impressed with HOS. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! Can't wait for next year! We booked 2 weeks!

All furniture is comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen has everything we needed, the pool is nice, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. Our favorite spot in our favorite vacation destination. Thank you for keeping your condo so bright, clean, and comfortable!

We miss the horn blow at sunset. We usually stay at a timeshare 2 buildings away and always sat to see the sunset and wait for the horn. This place was everything you could ask for, very beautiful.

Everything about the condo and the overall facility were great. The only downside was the weather was cool and windy. We like The House of the Sun because of it is within walking distance to a number of good restaurants.
