Room was excellent and will return . Had no problems with anything and easy beach access with fob key.

We loved our rental. It is convenient to everything. Can`t wait to go back.

We are HOS veterans , been coming here for the last 10 years and it never disappoints . Highly recommended ! Best spot in Siesta Key!

House of the sun is so friendly and helpful if you need anything. Also very very clean !! It’s at beautiful part of the island too. We can’t wait to go back.

This is my 4th time in this condo and I love it!

Great place, location, cleanliness and overall condition were great.
Having more basic amenities like dishsoap salt and pepper and basic cooking items like oil would have been appreciated. Covid is over so please stick these like it’s 2017

We have been vacationing in Siesta Key for 30+ years. This condo is the cleanest and nicest we have ever stayed at. Enjoyed it very much.

Good. Condo was nice. Furniture was nicer at condo this year compared to last few years. Beach chairs big improvement but one person should not be able to gather ten other condo lanierds to safe a ton of chairs in the front so nobody else gets chairs even though they got up early. Price jump over last few years made us jump ship next year and go next door.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Special hello to Justin. We won’t come to Florida if we can’t rent a condo at HOS. It just wouldn’t be the same.

Excellent location and good views.just a few things could have been better in the apartment.The top cover on the bed was stained and turned cover to hide the fact and the sheets/pillow cases in master bedroom could do with renewing. We didn’t use the second bedroom and didn’t inspect the sheets there but the TV cabinet had a door missing and a broken handle on the door that was there. Shower in main bedroom had an annoying constant drip.The sun chair on the balcony was looking rather worse for wear too.
Updated kitchen was beautiful and overall we had a lovely week.
The whole property was kept very clean,pool area spotless and there were always plenty of beach beds & chairs available.

As usual, the House of the Sun was great. We have vacationed here for the last 30 years and always enjoy our stay. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Our stay in #503 is our favorite vacation of all.

Always a joy to arrive at House of Sun. I have seen so many larger condos go up and obliterate the view of older, and smaller, buildings. Nut our unit still has a great view of the gulf.

I arrived an hour and a half early and was able to check in. The people at the front desk are awesome. Room #503 is just beautiful.

Everything went as planned. House of sun very accommodating. Unit was very updated. And absolutely loved the beverage fridge!! Thank u for a great vacation!!

Beautiful accommodations on a gorgeous beach! The condo is extremely well-maintained and comfortable for 4 people. The front office is very helpful and works hard to make your stay one to remember. If you are looking for a slice of paradise, you’ll find it here!!

This rental was perfect for a week at the beach. Everything was comfy, from the living room furniture to the master bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved eating out on the balcony with a view of the ocean.

Front office was great. Condo was very nice and comfortable. Only 1 small tv worked until we could get Lee up there 2 days later. Guys were hoping for a recliner in LR but otherwise very nice -
everything we needed. Cleaning staff was also great. Toilet ran all night (terribly annoying)and we contacted office and they sent Lee who tried to fix it but was unable due to a part he could not get. He was awesome also.

Love staying at the House of the Sun! Great location, great staff, beautiful condominiums.

Everything was super clean and the condo was definitely a 5 star! Beautiful view of the water and beach!

We had a good time,good weather,the unit was perfect, good view, We would stayed another week but covid-19 kept us a little worry,we are planning to go back next year, God willing, even though we are only two adults and all the units are two bedroom we like the location and the layout of the units.
