We have been staying here for several years to have our family reunion. Some travel from Chicago, Cincinnati, Taiwan, Tennessee, Mississippi.

We've been staying at House of Sun every year for a number of years now. Have always enjoyed our stay. This year was different. New rules are ruining it! Only allowed 2 chairs per unit!! Most units hold at least 4 people, so 2 seems greedy since we now have to pay $15 per DAY if we want a third chair! Also, we always have our friends over one night for dinner while in town. This year we now had to pay $20 for a parking pass for them to stay. I have been going to Siesta for over 30 years now, and for the first time I am considering a different place next year for our vacation

View of Gulf starting to get obstructive by new Condo construction. Very Clean unit, but could use grab bars in shower. Shower door hinge busted, couldn't slide it open.

Nice time with past friends, could not sit on balcony because of construction next door. This was just an unusual year. Enjoyed the new balcony furniture and new dining room table

Once again House of the Sun was top notch. The only negative was the constant banging of construction next door and the drastic loss of view from condo balcony due to new building

Enjoyed most of the week at the House Of The Sun , room was very clean , new tile floors & new porch furniture & new dining room set were nice additions from the previous years stay here . Red tide prevented us from getting in the ocean a couple days & walking the beach as we normally do & the pool was closed for a few days because the extra amount of people using the pool instead of swimming in the ocean threw off the PH & the crew had to work to get the water cleared up . All in all we found things to do & made the best of the week together.

The Unit was clean and already was updated in the recent past yet a new floor was installed throughout the entire unit as well as new furniture, furnishings and large screen TVs - could not have been better.

We really liked the improvements that have been made since last year. The floor looks very nice. The appliances and other furnishings were a big plus. Love the big TV.

We stayed at House of the Sun again this year. We have stayed there several years in a row and love it! Close to food and entertainment. The staff is very friendly and the grounds are always clean and well manicured.

Nothing to worry about when staying at the House of the Sun. Experience this year was yet again, excellent.
